IRARU is an Austria-based non-profit organisation working at the intersection of arts, culture, education and social inclusion. It designs and implements participatory, art-based processes that foster civic engagement, intercultural dialogue and community care.
IRARU collaborates with artists, educators and local communities, with a strong focus on inclusive methodologies, accessibility, and socially engaged practices in adult education and cultural contexts across Europe.

María Fernanda Monasterio
Born in Chile, María Fernanda has an academic background in Law and International Business. Project writer with experience in EU, Austrian and Latin American funded projects, with a strong background in marketing and cultural event management.
Linda Velásquez Ramos
Born in Peru and based in Vienna, Linda is an architect, humanitarian clown and expressive arts facilitator. She designs and facilitates intermodal, art-based processes within Erasmus+ and community projects, with a focus on migrant communities.
Daniela Mancilla
Designer specialized in visual identity and digital communication. Her work translates complex ideas into accessible visual systems, supporting cultural and civic education initiatives across Europe and Latin America.
