The Art and Technology Centre (ATC) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2018 in Kuldīga, West Latvia, working at the intersection of art, photography, literature and digital innovation.

ATC brings together artists, photographers, writers, and technologists to develop immersive experiences using AI, AR, VR, and digital storytelling. With strong international partnerships, ATC delivers projects that combine visual culture, civic engagement, and innovative learning methods.

Project Coordinator

Artis Gustovskis

International expert in digital culture and arts management with over 20 years of experience. Manager of the Kuldīga Digital Innovation Hub, with a focus on smart cities, Digital Twins, AR/VR, and AI-supported educational strategies.

Communication & Education

Linda Zemīte

Specialist in communication and education with a focus on non-formal learning and social pedagogy. Her practice explores visual storytelling as a tool for civic engagement and social inclusion across age groups.

Digital Media & AR/VR

Toms Girvaitis

International digital media expert specializing in immersive technologies and interactive design. Develops innovative educational tools using AR/VR/AI that foster civic engagement and participatory learning.
